Our Strategies
Selecting the right venue and negotiating favorable contracts are crucial steps in organizing successful events. While many would jump right into conversations about location, dates, and space, we took the time to understand the event objectives, past history, what motivates attendees to attend, and their patterns and interests once they arrive on-location. Once this knowledge was established, we worked with the client to outline budget considerations, determine capacity and space requirements, decide targeted dates and discuss preferred locations, the type of facility, and desired amenities and accessibility needs of the attendee.
Once this information was gathered, we outlined these details in a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) that was sent to a highly targeted list of hotels and venues. By targeting
